I’m a licensed psychotherapist and psychologist with extensive experience. I value the individuality of each person and approach therapy with respect for your experiences.

I hold a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Developmental Psychology, and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Integrative Therapy.

I've worked with clients in various settings, including the public and private sectors, hospitals, universities, and health organisations. This has allowed me to support diverse individuals with a range of mental health conditions, helping them improve their well-being and performance

Is online therapy effective?
